This certification denotes that you've reached the highest recreational diver level in the PADI System of diver education.
To put yourself on top and reach the Master Scuba Diver level you need to be at least 15 years of age and have completed:
PADI Open Water Diver or have a qualifying certification from another training organization.
PADI Advanced Open Water Diver, or have a qualifying certification from another training organization.
PADI Rescue Diver, or have a qualifying certification from another training organization.
Five PADI Specialty certifications.
